Rise & Thrive Coaching

There is no one-size-fits-all to being a healthy, happy woman. We are remarkably unique, with different interests and life experiences that shape who we are today and who we want to become. Yet there are times in our life that we could all use some extra support and guidance. This doesn’t mean we’re broken or failing in life. It just means we’re having a human experience that gets messy at times. Sometimes it might be counseling that we need, but I’ve found much of the time, coaching is the perfect antidote.

If you’re feeling like you’re significantly struggling to do your normal routine – for example, you can’t get out of bed or can’t stop an obsessive behavior, counseling may be the right thing for you. However, if you’re able to function adequately, but struggling in one way or another, coaching is an amazing resource.  

With that being said, I have worked to provide content through courses and classes based on a framework designed to help you feel better, solve problems, and achieve your goals independently. But sometimes, it’s life changing and empowering to sit down and talk through your unique life circumstances with a professional.  In this, you gain tailored insight and support to help you move past any personal sticking points.

HOW RISE & THRIVE COACHING WORKS

I Offer Two Coaching Options:

  • COACHING PACKAGE: Consists of Eight, 60 minute, 1:1 sessions of personalized coaching on any area of your life you’re wanting to improve PLUS
    • Access to entire Building Emotional Wellness course ($399 value).
    • Phone/text/email check-ins with me as needed to ensure you stay accountable and moving forward toward your goals.
 
  • INDIVIDUAL COACHING SESSIONS: 60 minute, 1:1 coaching sessions, purchased one at a time.

With each new coaching client, I begin with a free, 30 minute consultation. This gives us a chance to meet, discuss what your needs and goals are, and to ensure coaching is the right fit for you.

How does this Coaching Package work?

Step 1: 

Pre-Session Materials

My goal is to make your 1:1 coaching session as effective as possible. It will be solely focused on you and your goals. So before we meet, it’s important for you to have a foundational understanding of emotional wellness. My course, Building Emotional Wellness is included in the cost of this coaching package and will serve as the pre-work for our time together. 

Step 2: 

Intake Information

Once you have completed the Building Emotional Wellness course (included) as the pre-session materials, you will complete a detailed questionnaire giving me essential information about your circumstances which will enable us to use our time with high efficiency. This pre-session discovery questionnaire will help us make the most of our time together. 

Step 3: 

We Connect

After you have completed the Building Emotional Wellness  course (included) we’ll schedule our time together!  You’ll be given a link to connect to my secure client portal where you’ll choose the best session time that works for you. Grab your favorite drink and a notebook, and come with the assurance that you are in a safe place to talk about nurturing yourself toward happy, healthy, emotional wellness!

Step 4: 

Rise & Thrive Program

Finally, to support you on your path to building and continuing on with emotional wellness, you will have one month membership in the Rise & Thrive programalso included in the cost of this coaching package. Here you will have ongoing access to my help as you work to apply everything you’re learning.  And if you’d like to keep learning and growing, you can easily continue your membership with Rise & Thrive.
