Hi there, I'm Tiffany

We’re a lot alike, you and me. I wear many hats. I’m a mom to 4 growing kiddos, a wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend and business owner to name a few. My life is centered on my family and I want to show up every day as my best self, for them and for me.

I have times when life feels overwhelming and stressful. Sometimes I lack self-discipline and get discouraged as I work to reach a certain goal. And other times I lose myself in the comparison game. But I have learned how to manage my brain to work for me instead of against me. I understand that I am the creator of my life’s results. And I cherish the role I get to play in helping others feel better, solve problems and achieve goals.

I gained my Bachelor of Science from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah and went on to graduate school in Washington where I received my Master of Social Work. I worked for a few years in education & health care and then had the opportunity to stay home full time while my kids were little. When my baby started Kindergarten in 2017, I started my therapy practice with a focus on women’s emotional health. I also became certified as a Life Coach and started my online group coaching program at the beginning of 2020.

One foundational lesson I have learned, and now work hard to intentionally apply each day of my life, is understanding that our circumstances do not create our happiness.
We create our happiness.

And in applying this to my life, I have learned to be kind and compassionate to myself, to love and accept others exactly as they are, to find joy in parenting even when my kids make choices different than I would (that darn free agency!) and I’ve been able to cherish my marriage despite challenges that come our way. It has also deepened my spiritual connection and I have a clearer understanding of my purpose on earth.

I am genuinely humbled and honored to help women from all walks of life, find hope, light and direction. Together, we walk along their personal journey, discovering roadblocks and initiating changes that create lasting results.
It was once said by one of my favorite Presidents of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, President Gordon B. Hinckley, “And finally, in all of living, have much fun and laughter. Life is to be enjoyed, not just endured.”
Are you ready to stop enduring and begin enjoying all your life has to offer?
Come with me. I’ll show you how.
