I absolutely love the Rise and Thrive classes taught by Tiffany. Meeting weekly to go through several focus areas really helped me develop a rhythm of incorporating it into my life. With the weekly Q&A zoom calls I have been able to sustain that rhythm which reinforces and reminds me of all that I have learned in Rise and Thrive. I especially love the member pages on the website as I am able to review and listen to the details of the foundations again and again. I often turn on a foundational video while I am getting ready for the day to refresh my mind and give me the opportunity to begin the day with a purpose. As I do this, I frequently notice things all around me in my daily life that support what I have just listened to that morning. Between the Rise and Thrive courses, the weekly Q&A, plus monthly zoom classes, and the website, I feel like I have many resources available to me to access at any time and it is helping me continue with my daily rhythm of life that I love so much!

In Rise & Thrive,  we do things a little differently. We practice starting our day with intention, recognizing that no matter what gets done, we’re enough. We learn our unhealthy patterns and shift to healthier mindsets and actions.  We understand that living WHOLEHEARTEDLY is not just a destination but a journey. We learn how to engage with our lives from a place of grace. At day’s end, we embrace self-compassion, acknowledging our imperfections, vulnerabilities, and fears while celebrating our bravery, wholeness, and inherent worthiness of love and belonging.

I have loved working with Tiffany and the Rise & Thrive Program. I have had traditional therapy in the past, which has been amazing, but often times I just need a little “refresher”. That is what this provides for me. It is less intensive and more about going at your own pace. I am divorced and the pressure of spending 100’s of dollars to get therapy is often overwhelming to me. The low cost of this program makes it affordable for many families. I love that I can work with the Rise & Thrive program at my own pace. When I have extra time, I sit down and work on myself. Tiffany offers a chance for clients to give her questions that she will answer in the group calls and that is very helpful in making the program feel personal as well. I have loved Tiffany’s suggestions to me personally. She is real, honest and vulnerable, while giving me direction on how to move forward. This is a wonderful way to connect with a therapist when a non- traditional way doesn’t feel affordable or manageable.

I can’t say enough about Tiffany Trump and Rise and Thrive! They both came into my life at a time when I was needing some help navigating changes with my adult children…Before I knew it, I was sharing what I had learned with my sister and friends…By the time I finished the main lessons in Rise and Thrive I couldn’t believe how much I had learned. I was using this new knowledge every single day! My kids even noticed I was showing up differently. I felt like a new person…l was talking to everyone about the program and honestly what a great deal it is! My sister and a few friends signed up as well and they too have loved Rise and Thrive…We all know that knowledge is power and having the knowledge and skills to navigate through life’s difficult things feels like a super power! Thank you Tiffany for blessing my life with so much good! I am forever grateful for all I have learned from you!

I am so thankful I was able to find Tiffany! I was struggling with overwhelm in my life and a friend of mine recommended that I try therapy with Tiffany. This has been a huge blessing for me. Tiffany has helped me learn how to better dissect my thoughts. She’s also taught me how to identify and question limiting beliefs that have been holding me back from making the progress I want in my life. In addition to therapy, I have participated in Tiffany’s Rise and Thrive program and I’m certain it has been instrumental in helping me become more equipped to handle and enjoy my life and my responsibilities and to better reach for my highest potential each day, even with the ups and downs of life. I will forever be grateful my friend recommended Tiffany and that I made this important investment in myself. This has helped me to better show up for my family and for those I want to reach out and bless.

I cannot speak highly enough about Tiffany and her ability as a therapist. She instantly put me at ease and just has a way about her that made me feel comfortable and able to open up. I had some things about me and my life that I felt I could be doing much better with but didn’t have the tools. Finding and working with Tiffany felt like an answer to my prayers. I learned so many things I just hadn’t known before. She helped me first learn and then showed me how to apply the tools. Having her help me apply them to my own personal experiences made all the difference I feel like I made huge progress and see my life and people around me in a whole new way. Working with her really was life changing.

I started going to Tiffany a year ago. What a blessing it was for her to come into my life. I was stuck in a world where I was playing the victim from my past. That I lived in from child of abuse, alcoholic, domestic violence, divorce, and a child of drug usage. Somehow I still found myself rising above, but lacked self love, self confidence especially in relationships. I am a kind, loving, trust worthy, forgiving and vulnerable person who i found giving until there was no more to give because I wanted to be loved so badly. Tiffany in attending multiple classes and 1:1 sessions help me find myself again, love myself and know it was ok to be me. That I am worthy of love just the way I am. I have seen many counselors through the years, but Tiffany by far helped me the most. Not only that, but help me find “ME” and I am perfect just the way I am.

Tiffany’s ability to relate well to everyone who seeks her counsel really serves to help clients feel completely open and embrace the opportunity to change for the better. Initially I felt uncomfortable about the idea of attending therapy or coaching. I felt vulnerable and exposed mentally and emotionally before my first session. Tiffany put me completely at ease and helped me to visually dissect and understand the physical anatomy of my anxiety and sort out the emotional chaos overwhelming me. I am grateful for the tools and concepts she taught me. I apply some of them daily, some weekly, and -my favorite- some sporadically when a family member or friend needs some basic guidance. Depression is no longer crippling me. I understand me, I love me; I am capable and worthy. Anxiety is no longer driving me. I drive my own life. I choose and I adapt. That doesn’t mean I don’t need medication – I do. But the additional attacks are avoidable or maintainable. I’m forever thankful for the essential methods that I learned in Tiffany’s office.

~ Heidi

My life is FOREVER BETTER for finding Tiffany. The thought work and mindfulness she has helped me use has improved my life each day. She challenged me and held space for my slow progress. I feel like FINALLY at 38 l have a better grasp on life and she has helped me find the tools to be a better mom, wife and person. After years of trying to find the therapist that fit, SHE IS THE ONE FOR ME.
