3 Steps to Better Communication with your
Teen Daughter

Free Class presented by Tiffany Trump, LCSW

Your daughter is growing up.

She’s trying to figure out who she is.

She’s making some decisions you hoped she’d make differently.

You see her struggling with things like friends, self confidence, or school.

You know you can help and you try to talk to her, but oftentimes she just won’t listen.

Guess what? There’s a better way, my friend.

It’s pretty common for mothers to face some difficulties when it comes to nurturing good relationships with their daughters. I see it in my counseling & coaching practice often. And as a mom of four, including two girls, now 16 and 12, I personally know what it’s like to struggle communicating with teen girls. I’ve found myself feeling down and discouraged because I wasn’t connecting with them like I wanted.

But, with some trial and error, self awareness, and an open mind to what I was learning, I figured out 3 key steps that turned things around with me and my girls. And I’ve seen the same positive impact with many other moms I’ve had the privilege to work with. So, don’t despair if you can relate and are feeling a bit disconnected from your not-so little girl…help is here!

I invite you to come with me as I teach you the same three steps that made a positive impact in my communication, and thus my overall relationship with my girls. Let’s get you back on track to enjoying these fun years as a mom!

In this 30 minute class, I’ll be discussing the main issues that get in our way of bonding better with our girls and the 3 key steps that will change things for you.

These three steps are actually foundational techniques I use as a therapist and coach. But embarrassingly enough, I didn’t realize the impact they’d also have as a parent!

So bring your biggest communication challenge and come ready to learn what you can start doing now to increase your joy in motherhood and strengthen your connection with your daughter.

See you there!
